The Interior Design Coordinator will work with the Construction and Design Team (the VP of Construction, Site Superintendents, and Interior Designer) to coordinate and administer the construction documentation process.
DUTIES
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with Interior Designer to create client profile packages.
Incorporate any revisions and upgrades into applicable floor plans and profile documentation.
Communicate changes with applicable contractors, and the construction team.
Review clients upgrade requests, pricing and construction feedback.
Update client profile and send all documentation to client for approval.
Requirements
The Interior Design Coordinator must have strong computer skills, with CAD experience in the architectural and/or Interior Design field and the ability to read blueprints and shop drawings. They must be highly organized, have an eye for detail, and be diligent in pursing results, along with having excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
