Each unit features shared bedrooms and bathrooms, with a maximum of two people per bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living room are communal spaces shared by all tenants in the unit. There are 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units, but the general layout and inside the rooms remain the same.
Each bedroom is furnished with the essentials, including a bed, dresser, and closet. The living area comes with couches, side tables, and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a personal fridge and pantry space for each tenant’s supplied tableware, while appliances and cooking utensils are shared among residents.
The rent includes internet, a storage locker, secure bike parking, and access to the common lounge and patio.
